It isn't easy to choose healthy options all of the time. Or even most of the time. Because I totally understand that, I want to share a resource with you!
Every month or so, I get to lecture at a different group- workplaces, women's groups, business lunches, or church groups. I love it- it is so much fun to interact and teach and ask questions and listen to women's (and men's) health questions. I find that most people have the desire to eat well, move their bodies, and rest appropriately. However, the healthy options have to be simple and accessible. That's what I try to do for my private clients and for those that are part of my 28 Day Resets.
I'm sharing a resource with you that I created for a young mother's group. Of all of the demographics I know, young moms may be the busiest. To do all of the life things, and with young children, is exhausting. It's like, goldfish and a nap or make a salad? That's not even a question!
So here is five full days of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with a shopping list and instructions provided. I hope it helps you over this busy season. Breakfasts and lunches are for one person (cut the serving size in half for little humans!), and dinners are for families.
